As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.

As the Director of Change Management at Visa, located in Ashburn, you'll be stepping into a pivotal role that shapes our People Team Strategy implementation. Your role will involve leading and developing a dynamic team of Change Management Practitioners, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous growth. You'll be responsible for crafting and delivering impactful communications regarding changes in tools and processes across the people organization. With your extensive expertise in change management, you will implement strategies for multiple People Strategy-related initiatives, ensuring they’re integrated seamlessly into the organization. A significant part of your job will entail creating comprehensive transformation plans that align with our strategic objectives and timelines, while also managing effective communication with all stakeholders. You'll assess user readiness and monitor success metrics to measure the impact of change initiatives. Additionally, your ability to collaborate and influence will be key as you work closely with various teams and project members. You'll also oversee project management tasks to maintain high standards while coordinating with global teams across different cultures and time zones.
