Essential Functions

Analyze, comprehend and assess the scope of the data quality trends within the US Business and Commercial issuer portfolios
Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality program consisting of multiple work streams to address the data quality issues with Acquirers, Merchants, and Visa platforms.
Understand and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial payment landscape, with a focus on the issuing side.
Provide subject matter expertise to external partners at the issuing banks, the issuing processors and develop and implement a complete plan for issuer reporting and changes – US region (awareness, education, commitment, change execution, monitoring, post support).
Provide SME-level support to teams engaged with issuer data quality reviews.
Maintain monitoring system to track data provider engagement efforts.
Provide statistical analysis on data quality trending.
Provide program status updates to stakeholders at all levels with applicable detail based on the targeted audience.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will interact with various stakeholders across the organization as well as with external clients and will have close working relationship with our Commercial Data Solutions team.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as cross-functional projects occur on a regular basis.
Must demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Collaborates easily and successfully with varying levels of stakeholders and management in a matrix organization structure.
Operates with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
