As the Senior Manager for the People Analytics AI Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Generative AI strategy and roadmap for the People Team. This role involves working within an agile framework and utilizing JIRA tools and processes to track and log progress. You will be driving the development of both chatbot and generative AI solutions to deliver connected and enriched employee experiences. The focus will be to strengthen the relationship our employees have with our People analytics and metrics by simplifying and enhancing the employee-data interact model. Additional responsibilities will include defining the key success criteria and metrics to demonstrate the ROI of all created solutions, tracking the implementation of the Generative AI solution, and supporting ongoing adoption and change management. Working closely with our People Technology team, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from inception to maintenance.
