Join our dynamic team as a Sales Floor Attendant in beautiful Gatlinburg, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to help create an exceptional experience for our valued customers.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Collaborate with Sales Director to ensure floor direction
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and priorities throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Empathetic approach to understanding and meeting customer needs
