As a People Operations Administrator, you will dive headfirst into a true generalist role, getting hands-on experience with every stage of the employee lifecycle—all while enjoying the excitement of international exposure. This isn’t your average job; it’s a chance to innovate, make an impact, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.


We’re on the lookout for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a knack for solving problems. If you love creating efficient, scalable processes and delivering exceptional experiences for teams, this role is perfect for you. You will report directly to the People Operations Lead and help shape the future of our growing organization!


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist People Operations Managers with new hire onboarding, including coordinating equipment, tools, and introductions for a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (HiBob) as the single source of truth; prepare monthly payroll reports.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for a global team through the ticket system (Siit) with a friendly and thoughtful approach.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team to implement company-wide policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including document creation, email management, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Support and enhance remote-first practices and company culture.


Must-haves:
  • Experience in a People Operations / HR administrative role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and professional communication.Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Be proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Have a mindset for process improvement, implementation, and documentation. We are constantly evolving our processes towards global efficiency and automation.


Good to Have:
  • Experience collaborating with internationally distributed and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with working alongside a diverse and multicultural workforce is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Notion is a plus.
