With over five years of proven IT recruitment experience, and ideally two years focusing on senior or managerial positions, you will be using your expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will be essential in fostering relationships not only within your team but across the entire organization. You will conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and manage candidate data efficiently in our applicant tracking system.
