Business Development - Customer Acquisition

Our Southeast division is hiring a Business Development Trainee to join our Charlotte based team! This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to industry leading growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extend company outreach - Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services.
  • Foster relationships - Nurture all consumer relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Contribute to company growth by driving revenue.
  • Track results - Document all customer interactions to track campaign progress. 


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to commute to the office every day
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role
  • Self motivated, team player, and trainable
  • Unrelenting drive to understand customer needs
