We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Associate to join our team and provide support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with and report to the HR Manager, providing a strong foundation for our employee experience. Non-exempt position – Non-exempt employees will receive overtime pay at 1.5 times the calculated hourly rate for time worked more than 40 hours per week.

This is a full-time position, regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 4:30 p.m.

This position requires up to 5% travel.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in human resources in the manufacturing industry.
