Boeing is looking for an Experienced Logistics Representative (LSR) in support of the F-15 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) located at Mountain Home Air Force Base (AFB), Idaho.

Assists F-15SG PBL Warehouse Lead with local process improvement activities and performs root cause analysis for inventory processes. Assists Lead with local customer inventory issues to support Boeing requirements. Assists Lead to develop new processes and/or solutions for inventory management and control. As needed, interacts with external customers and internal organizations to facilitate logistics requirements. Along with the above job duties, the selected candidate will also be required to perform any additional duties requested by the warehouse lead and/or management.  Will also need to be able to work under minimal supervision.  

You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet the needs of our customers.

Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer needs and/or management requirements.

Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor receipt of all Performance Based Logistics (PBL) parts/assets into warehouse stock and provide oversight and accountability for all stocked items
  • Set up and perform an annual inventory of Line Replacement Units (LRU’s) ensuring 100% accountability RSAF assets
  • Ensure personnel validate physical part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities received match shipping invoices/packing lists – correct discrepancies
  • Ensure parts are received against the correct CAP orders, purchase orders, line items, repair order numbers, and segregation codes – correct discrepancies
  • Ensure repairable parts are accurately scanned into the F-15 Information Management System and warehoused with the supplier certificates of conformance and maintenance repair reports
  • Validate repair reports are not released with supplier proprietary information and cost data.
  • Lead and organize the warehouse to accurately identify, locate, move, manage, and account for over 18,000 parts.
  • Ensure personnel label parts to identify shelf life dates, alternate part numbers, and hazardous materials.
  • Monitor monthly cycle counts on 10% of consumable assets to determine inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies to program managers.
  • Collaborate with the Republic of Singapore supply office and leadership to identify, stock, manage, build and transport detachment spares
  • Determine and publish work schedules for the warehouse based on the flying schedule.
  • Oversee the PBL Warehouse safety program and personnel development.
  • Ensure warehouse safety inspections are conducted within the first 5 calendar days of a new month.
  • Ensure all office and warehouse locations are inspected for unsafe conditions.
  • Manage and maintain all warehouse tools, equipment, and vehicles and ensure the safe/proper use.
  • Classified and Dangerous Goods Inventories
  • Lead daily/monthly internal and external communications with the St. Louis asset management team and the Singapore customer to identify and resolve part availability issues.
  • Attend daily production meetings and reconcile maintenance actions requiring spare parts.
  • Monitor and identify assets and components delayed within the repair cycle.
  • Track daily aircraft availability rates, monthly sorties, and flight hours.
  • Oversee the shipment and title transfer of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) spares and repairs.
  • Manage the site direct purchase card program/transactions.  Purchase fuel/propane for company vehicles, warehousing and shipping supplies, office supplies, shelving, tools, and replacement supplies.
  • Schedule routine maintenance for the company truck, forklift, and stock picker.
  • Coordinate with the asset management team to determine new order status, resupply, estimated shipping dates, and communicate updates to the customer. 
  • Resolve issues when parts are received and do not conform to product and manufacturer specifications.
  • Track and monitor part modifications and communicate part number and serial numbers changes to the customer and perform systems updates.
  • Identify parts received with improper or missing shipment documentation and resolve discrepancies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Inventory Management & Accountability
  • Minimum 4 years of experience PHS&T – Packaging, Handling, Shipping & Transportation of aircraft parts
  • Minimum 4 years of experience Receipt, Issue, & Storage of aircraft parts
  • Ability to lift 35lbs. without assistance
  • At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer's needs and statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.
  • At the sole discretion of leadership, employees must be willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international) to meet customer needs and the statement of work.  Failure to relocate will be considered as a resignation.
  • Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime including rotating shifts.

Summary pay range: $69,700 - $94,300.
