ABOUT THE POSITION


Customer support specialist at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.


Your Role: Collaborate with a passionate team to provide exceptional customer support, assist with order inquiries, and offer product guidance. You’ll also help identify recurring customer concerns and work with internal teams to improve the overall experience.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, all driven by a shared love for fashion and creativity.

- Provide exceptional support to customers via email, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

- Assist with order inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting customer issues.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate and helpful guidance.

- Recognize recurring customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and enhance the overall experience.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- Strong written communication and a customer-focused approach.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Part-time (0.4 FTE) position, only for weekends.


SALARY: 616 EUR/Month GROSS.
