We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and support our growth by providing comprehensive HR solutions to our rapidly expanding team. As an HR Business Partner at CoreWeave, you’ll work closely with assigned business units (BUs).
As a Senior HR Business Partner at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization thrive by effectively managing various HR programs and initiatives. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and drive performance management, career development, employee recognition, engagement, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development.
