Our Client Operations team establishes and manages the approach and standard for project delivery and governance, ensuring that clients maximize their return on investment. Responsible for team performance, client operations leaders provide team members with the tools, support, and training essential to deliver the most effective and inventive result possible.


A CourtAvenue Program Manager takes ownership of all projects within a program to ensure completion on time, within budget and against set objectives. Confidence and creativity are key to addressing business needs, managing resources, and handling any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day management of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment
  • Ensure controls are followed, with the highest quality deliverables and milestones met
  • Effectively balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues
  • Develop contracts and design innovative delivery teams to best meet and exceed program objectives
  • Evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodology
  • Lead, inspire and grow a group of project managers/producers to foster a highly innovative, effective, and successful team
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to provide strategic delivery insight for client roadmaps and briefings
  • Create integrated timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams
  • Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders to meet program outcomes while exceeding client expectations
  • Ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach of both client and agency
  • Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work for the broader initiative
  • Serve as the main client interface on projects
  • Effectively clarify strategic requirements, manage expectations, and communicate roadblocks/resolutions to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Communicate succinctly within a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, internally and externally


Requirements
  • 4-7+ years of analyst, project management, program management, technical, and/or business experience
  • Understanding of agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum
  • Agency experience is required
  • Experience in running or working with agile teams
  • Significant experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams towards excellence and success
  • Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Able to understand, balance, and manage the interplay between people, processes and systems
  • Excellence in organization and management; conscientious, and skilled at solving issues at all project levels while supporting colleagues and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Work Environment
  • Candidates for this position should be in the Dallas, Texas area.
  • This role will report to and work from the office of our client up to 5 days a week.


$95,000 - $115,000 a year
Based on experience
