HR Generalist

Cresco Labs is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Wholesale Operations HR team, supporting our Joliet, IL and Lincoln, IL facilities. The role focuses on performance management, training, and employee engagement.

  • Assist the HRBP with HR inquiries and requests
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and policies
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and training
  • Liaise between HR functions
  • Maintain employee information accuracy
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Facilitate the annual performance review process
  • Assist in processing leave of absence requests

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field preferred
