Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant at Backcountry, your key responsibilities will include preparing general ledger entries, maintaining records, and performing comprehensive account reconciliations. To be considered for the Staff Accountant position at Backcountry, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a Master's degree preferred. While 0-3 years of accounting experience is acceptable, we are looking for candidates who ideally have at least one year of accounting experience. Additionally, strong analytical skills, familiarity with basic accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are crucial for success in this role.
