About the Role (Your Why)
The People and Culture Advisor is responsible for supporting process improvement, career development, retention and engagement initiatives to promote Datacom’s internal culture. This role will assist in projects that analyse, develop and implement strategy for the human resources function in line with the broader Datacom direction. This role supports the People and Culture Manager and the broader team to improve overall business functions.
Our offices are based in Auckland and Wellington. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
