Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our company's continued growth. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure we attract and hire top IT talent. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and leading teams, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a specific focus on IT roles.

  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skillsets.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various levels and specializations.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of IT positions, from entry-level to senior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our talent acquisition processes and strategies.
