Lead Recruitment Partner (Remote)

Dscout is a flexible Experience Research Platform for capturing in-context insights from high-quality participants, bridging the gap between product teams and users. Leading brands like Sonos, Spotify, Duolingo and Best Buy use Dscout to test ideas, iterate quickly, collaborate, and build confidently. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us.

We are looking for a Lead Recruitment Partner to join Dscout's small but mighty People Team. Our team plays a critical role in shaping and celebrating Dscout's culture. When we do our best work, every candidate has a thoughtful and positive experience, every new team member is set up to succeed from day one, and every team is equipped with the talent they need to meet — and exceed — our ambitious goals.

Dscout is a leading remote research platform helping companies gain rich, real-time customer insights. As our Lead Recruitment Partner, you'll help shape innovative, scalable hiring practices that reflect our people-first approach to talent. For many new employees, you'll be the first person they meet, and the first impression of our values and culture.

Who You Are

You bring deep full-cycle recruiting experience, strong technical sourcing capabilities, and a proven ability to work across functions. You set high standards, roll up your sleeves when needed, and work with focused hustle, prioritizing what matters most. You listen and learn from every interaction, building genuine trust with candidates and colleagues.

You're excited to experiment, optimize, and continuously improve how we hire. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love building diverse, high-performing teams in collaboration with leaders across the business. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about impacting Dscout's growth and the people who power it.

This role reports to our Chief People Officer and can be based in most US states.

What will you do:
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders (manager through VP+), influencing talent decisions and developing forward-looking hiring strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across all levels and departments with a focus on technology & Go-to-market roles, flexing between hands-on execution and strategic planning to source, attract, and hire top talent
  • Champion a data-driven approach by tracking key recruiting metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with team members to refine and scale hiring workflows
  • Own the candidate experience by driving timely, transparent communication, eliminating friction in the process, and representing Dscout’s values at every touchpoint
  • Continuously work to scale and improve our recruiting processes, the recruiting tools we use, and our employer branding efforts to ensure we attract diverse, high-quality talent and stay ahead of market trends
  • Balance full-cycle recruiting work with strategic projects that improve how we hire, scale, and collaborate across the business
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and strengthening Dscout’s commitment to equitable hiring practices

What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a high-growth startup or technology company
  • This role will recruit at various levels, so experience hiring director and VP-level roles is ideal
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, attracting, and closing top-tier talent across technical (Engineering, Product, Data Science) and go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) functions
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or equivalent platforms
  • Proven ability to manage 8+ open roles simultaneously across multiple teams with exceptional organization and follow-through
  • Experience using data to inform recruiting strategies, optimize funnel performance, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and internal partners at all levels
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and resourceful, with a track record of exploring new tools and systems to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and candidate experience

Nice to have:
  • Adjacent experience in HR/People (ie: HRBP, Employee Experience, etc.)

We do our best to write realistic, accurate job descriptions, but we also recognize that great talent comes in many forms and from many backgrounds. Not sure if you meet all of the above bullets? Please apply anyway!

This role's annual base pay range is $100,000 to $120,000 USD

At Dscout, we’re committed to fair, competitive, and transparent pay because we know that you do your best work when you feel valued.
