As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of various roles, allowing you to craft efficient recruiting strategies. Your expertise in sourcing candidates from diverse channels—be it job boards, social media, or networking—will serve as a crucial component of our success. Your hands-on experience in screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and arranging in-person interviews will ensure that we maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the journey. With your meticulous attention to detail, you’ll also help keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and accurate. Plus, you’ll get the rewarding opportunity to assist with onboarding new hires and preparing offer letters. If you have at least two years of experience in recruitment, a knack for communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, we want to hear from you!
