Job Description

  • Assist in production setting up and dismantling special ancillary equipment for jobs.

  • Setup, install, repair and maintain machinery and equipment.

  • Fabricate metal parts and tools as needed.

  • Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation and previous knowledge.

  • Responsible for electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance of production equipment.

  • Complete repairs and maintains equipment and machinery through the use of hand tools and power tools.

  • Dismantle machines or equipment and replace defective parts as necessary.

  • Clean and lubricate machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings.

  • Replace or repair machine belts.

  • Paint machines as necessary to prevent corrosion.

  • Maintain good housekeeping.

  • Notify the Maintenance Manager of any substandard equipment or non-conformities.

  • Perform other duties and participates in other special projects as directed by the Maintenance Manager or upper management.

  • Overtime authorization and requirement - Unauthorized approval in advance of working overtime and repeated refusal to work overtime are violations of company policy.  

    Pay Range for this position is $18 ~ $25

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/equivalent

  • 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferred
