Role Overview - As a Technical / IT Recruiter at Etraveli Group, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our tech teams. With 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to ensure we bring in the best talent across a variety of technical positions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Qualifying Criteria -
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA/PGDHRM is a plus.
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the tech landscape and specific IT roles.
Skills:
Desirable: Previous experience recruiting for tech positions in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the travel or tech industries.
