Job Description

The Project Manager - Talent and Learning will oversee the delivery and advocacy of global Talent and Learning Programmes, including developing the career framework, evolving the Career Hub, and creating Leadership Development offerings. Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead and collaborating with product owners in the Global Leadership, Talent & Learning teams, the primary responsibility is to manage the implementation of new talent and learning products using change management strategies and communication plans to maximize adoption and usage.

You will work on major or smaller products from initial development through project initiation, development, release testing, and activation, ensuring a smooth transitions post-development. Planning, impact measurement, release planning, and communications planning will be maintained throughout the project. You will also will identify important milestones and communicate with multiple partners.

You will collaborate with the global talent and learning team, regional talent team, HRBPs, and leaders is necessary , blending knowledge of change management, HR process best practices, Agile project management, and design thinking approaches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee products developed by global Talent and Learning product managers, including Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, and Technology Skills.
  • Change Management: Guide and ensure change management plans to support projects and programmes, ensuring understanding across partners.
  • Communication: Ensure smooth delivery of projects and processes by communicating with the HRBP team, broader HR Community, and main team members.
  • Collaboration: Maintain close relationships with the Service Delivery team to ensure products are scalable and transition smoothly to existing global processes.
  • Project Planning: Lead the Project Plan in collaboration with the product owner, communicating important milestones to partners.
  • Budget Management: Work with the product owner and project team members to deliver milestones within budget, resource, and policy constraints.
  • Progress Monitoring: Manage regular stand-up meetings for project updates, tracking success measures, and demonstrating impact on the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience in HR/Talent and Learning Programmes.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodology and tools.
  • Experience in communications planning and campaign delivery.
  • Experience delivering clear, jargon-free artefacts and assets following global messaging guidelines.
  • Prepare impactful messaging and communications to support leaders in promoting a learning culture.
  • Working knowledge of communications tools like videos, infographics, and posters.
  • Contribute to a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and consumer advocacy.
  • Ensure client/consumer outcomes are central to all operational activities.

Additional Information

This is a permanent hybrid role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
