The Project Manager - Talent and Learning will oversee the delivery and advocacy of global Talent and Learning Programmes, including developing the career framework, evolving the Career Hub, and creating Leadership Development offerings. Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead and collaborating with product owners in the Global Leadership, Talent & Learning teams, the primary responsibility is to manage the implementation of new talent and learning products using change management strategies and communication plans to maximize adoption and usage.
You will work on major or smaller products from initial development through project initiation, development, release testing, and activation, ensuring a smooth transitions post-development. Planning, impact measurement, release planning, and communications planning will be maintained throughout the project. You will also will identify important milestones and communicate with multiple partners.
You will collaborate with the global talent and learning team, regional talent team, HRBPs, and leaders is necessary , blending knowledge of change management, HR process best practices, Agile project management, and design thinking approaches.
