Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions.
  • Engage with candidates through calls, emails, and social media platforms to gauge their interest and suitability for roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our database.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
  • Stay informed about job market trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
  • No prior recruitment experience is required; a willingness to learn and grow is a must.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse group of candidates.
  • Basic knowledge of or interest in the recruitment process is a plus.

  • Available for a mandatory 3 months fully paid training in Greece
  • Fully Paid 3 Months Training In Greece ( 1500 Gross Per Month )
  • After 3 months training, the option to work remote worldwide
  • Indefinite contract ( after the 3 months training )
