With over 300 specialized associates and around 15 nationalities, Bosch activities in Lisbon are focusing on sales, marketing, communication, training, nearshoring services and shared support for human resources services to Europe. Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Apply advanced statistical methodologies to attract, select, develop, and retain top talent;
  • Create and deliver impactful dashboards and data visualizations, generating strategic business insights;
  • Interpret statistical and psychological models to predict and explain key factors such as performance, engagement, and retention;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify people-related challenges and gather relevant data for analysis;
  • Develop and refine HR metrics based on psychological models;
  • Use predictive modeling to optimize employee experience and enhance organizational processes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Sciences or similar area;
  • Experience: Experience in HR processes or people analytics;
  • Knowledge: Very good knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts. Also in programming languages such as: R or Python;
  • Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;
  • Personality: Analytical mindset, business acumen, problem-solver and excellent communicator.
