Job Description

What will you be dealing with?

  • Supporting recruitment processes for IT positions,
  • Actively seeking candidates using various sourcing methods and channels,
  • Conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates,
  • Creating and publishing recruitment advertisements,
  • Updating the candidate database and ensuring the highest standards of recruitment communication,
  • Collaborating with the team and managers on ongoing projects.
  • Support in employer branding activities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in recruitment in the IT industry,
  • Willingness to develop in the IT recruitment field,
  • Organizational skills and independence in the execution of tasks,
  • Communication and relationship building skills,
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws regarding hiring and B2B contracts,
  • Ability to work with sourcing tools (first experience in this area is welcome),
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows communication.
