Are you ready to take the wheel and make a difference? Viability is thrilled to invite you to our Van Driver Walk In Event on March 19th, 2025, in Springfield, Massachusetts! We’re on the lookout for compassionate Van Drivers who can provide crucial transportation for our members with disabilities. You'll earn $22.00 per hour plus a sign-on bonus of $500 (split across two milestones!) as you help individuals get to work and participate in day programs. As a Van Driver at Viability, your responsibilities include ensuring that the vehicle is safe and fully operational, completing necessary paperwork, and treating passengers with respect and courtesy. All you need is a valid Massachusetts driver’s license for at least three years and a good driving record, along with a High School diploma or GED. We're committed to promoting professional growth, with 30 staff members promoted last year!
