Van Driver Walk In Event

As a Van Driver at Viability, your main responsibility is to provide safe transportation for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they arrive at work and day programs on time. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the vehicle's operational condition, complete necessary paperwork, and showcase courtesy and respect towards all passengers.

To qualify for the Van Driver position at Viability, candidates must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license for a minimum of three years, a good driving record, and a High School diploma or GED. Furthermore, applicants will need to undergo a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screening, and background checks.

Yes! Viability offers a sign-on bonus for Van Drivers, totaling $500. This bonus is distributed as $250 at the completion of the first week of training and an additional $250 after successfully completing the first 90 days of employment.
