We have an exciting job opportunity for a part-time, People Business Partner to join Kone. 3 days a week (22 hours), hybrid working.
Within the business this position will be known as People & Communications Business Partner.
Purpose
P&C Business Partner will partner with the Doors Director and relevant Leaders to deliver high quality strategic partnering to stakeholders. The BP will coach stakeholders to lift and develop capability. The BP will be responsible for supporting the IR/ER strategy and provide strong IR/ER strategic advice. The role will support the achievement of business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the business. The P&C BP will support EVP and assist in driving employee engagement, attraction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
With the support from the Doors Director, you will support and drive business objectives and the people agenda to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes.
Support in organizational data management activities, for example in data upload preparations*
