We are seeking a strategic and experienced change management leader to join our team as a Sr. Manager, Change and Communications. This role reports to the Head of Talent & Culture, People and plays a critical role in driving cultural and organizational change initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that drive leadership effectiveness, inclusion and engagement across our global workforce. You will lead multiple workstreams, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize needs, develop scalable solutions and ensure alignment with business goals. You are adept at designing and facilitating training and creating communications strategies. This is a remote position. However, the individual hired into this position must live in the United States on the East Coast.
What you’ll do:
End-to-End Change Management & Adoption - Develop and execute change management plans for key People programs, ensuring smooth adoption through clear communication, engagement strategies, and manager enablement.
Internal Communications & Messaging Strategy - Own the positioning, execution, and delivery of People-related communications, including leadership updates, program rollouts, and employee engagement efforts.
Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership Enablement - Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, equip managers with talking points, and provide the right tools to navigate change.
Training & Capability Building - Design and facilitate training, toolkits, and resources that help employees and leaders understand, embrace, and effectively implement People team-driven changes.
Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and drive meaningful impact.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed to support project delivery
About you:
Experienced change leader with a strong background in change management, leadership development, and culture transformation.
Skilled facilitator and content developer who can design and deliver engaging training programs that drive behavior change and inclusion.
Collaborative and strategic thinker who excels at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and aligning initiatives with business priorities.
Data-driven and impact-focused with the ability to measure program effectiveness, gather insights, and continuously improve learning and change initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Self-directed and proactive with the ability and motivation to learn fast, work independently, and prioritize work using time efficiently
Well-developed written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
