Demand Generation Associate

Our marketing team plays a crucial role in our success, supporting over 40% ARR growth in 2024. We're looking for a passionate Demand Generation Associate to join our team and help us scale even faster in 2025. This person will directly contribute to the demand generation engine at mabl that helps build awareness, interest, and selection of mabl.


What You’ll Do
  • Execute our demand generation engine: Support the execution of a range of marketing programs including events, tradeshows, webinars, email, advertising, and more, with the goal of driving new pipeline.
  • Use data as your guide: Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track the performance of marketing programs, analyze results, and share insights across the marketing team.
  • Experiment and innovate: Support the team’s efforts to optimize conversion across channels including initiating A/B tests and experimenting with new tactics.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team: Partner closely with marketing and sales to align offers to personas, collaborate on future strategies, and collect feedback about demand program effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of mabl’s hosted events, such as Experience, our annual customer event, roadshows, and field events. You’ll source venues, manage planning and logistics, coordinate internal resources, communicate plans with sales, and build post-event follow-up plans.
  • Manage our presence at 3rd party events and tradeshows. You’ll own the logistics, set up campaigns, coordinate onsite presence and resources, communicate with sales, and manage pre-and post-show communications.
  • Own the execution of our digital demand programs, such as webinars. You’ll build the program in Marketo, coordinate internally on topics and content, build promotions, and manage post-program follow-ups.
  • Regularly report on and socialize event and program results, including ROI.
  • Optimize and manage mabl’s email nurture streams and maintain regular database communications.
  • Support account-based marketing efforts at mabl by managing ABM lists and associated ad campaigns.
  • Regularly report on mabl’s paid search and social advertising performance, highlighting trends.
  • Regularly connect with AEs and BDRs on lead pursuit and gather feedback about the effectiveness of marketing programs. Enable the sales team to promote upcoming programs and content from the marketing team.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure all marketing activities are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.


What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in marketing in a demand generation or field marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • A knack for analyzing data, drawing insights, and using those insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing software such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6Sense.
  • Natural aptitude to collaborate in and across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing content for emails or landing pages.
  • A growth mindset with curiosity and desire to learn about the marketing function.
  • Some travel is required to support in-person events and tradeshows.


We offer a hybrid work model, and this role requires you to be in our Boston office at least two days per week.
