Job Description

Mirantis is looking for a Product Manager passionate about shaping the future of AI-powered developer tools. In this role, you'll define the strategy and execution for a brand-new AI-focused developer tool, expanding our industry-leading Lens product family. This solution will empower AI application developers, streamlining how modern teams develop AI-driven applications.

Our product managers blend deep technical expertise, strong user empathy, and strategic acumen to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive adoption. This role is central to a high-priority initiative, shaping the future of AI/ML developer tools while keeping user satisfaction at the core.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain the long-term vision and strategy for this new product, ensuring alignment with key growth objectives in user adoption, revenue, and ecosystem development.
  • User & Market Research: Engage closely with early adopters, internal stakeholders, and the broader AI/ML developer community to uncover insights. Use research, analytics, and telemetry to make informed decisions.
  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Translate strategy into clear, actionable product requirements that enhance developer productivity and adoption.
  • Growth & Monetization: Work with engineering and GTM teams to design and execute product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring seamless communication and trade-offs.
  • Launch & Adoption: Oversee product releases, ensuring quality and value delivery. Work with GTM teams on activation strategies, community engagement, and adoption campaigns.
  • Performance & Insights: Define and track key success metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, engagement). Present insights to leadership to influence product and business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Product Management Experience: 3+ years in product management, AI/ML solutions, or a related field, ideally in developer tools, open-source, or cloud-native software.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and developer tooling. Ability to engage in technical discussions and assess feasibility with engineers.
  • AI & Developer Focus: Understanding of LLMs, ML workflows, and developer challenges when integrating AI solutions.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, leveraging telemetry and user analytics to drive product insights and growth experiments.
  • User-Centric Approach: Experience in developer-first product management, turning user feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to articulate product vision, adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate across teams.
  • Strategic Execution: Comfortable prioritizing initiatives in a fast-moving AI landscape, balancing innovation with usability and business impact.
  • Passion for UX & Developer Productivity: A keen eye for usability and design, collaborating with UI/UX teams to create beautiful, intuitive experiences.
  • The work schedule is hybrid (office-remote) mandatory 
  • Fluent Finnish language is required as strong preference.
