Recruitment Specialist

  • Healthcare Recruiting Specialist
  • Full Time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Springfield, MO - Onsite in Office

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate leads to secure exceptional talent. 
  • Enhance and expand the talent database. 
  • Develop job descriptions and facilitate the posting of positions both internally and externally. 
  • Perform the evaluation of resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. 
  • Facilitating interview coordination. 
  • Actively initiate contact with candidates through direct outreach and pursue candidate referrals. 
  • Engage in Recruitment Events. 

Must Haves:

  • We're looking for someone with some experience in recruiting.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and possessing comprehensive computer knowledge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in functioning effectively within a collaborative and dynamic work environment. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong self-motivation, and effective time management skills. 
  • Professional appearance. 
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities. 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in sales and business development.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Understanding of market and recruiting trends.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
