Job Description:
The Learning Solutions Architect (LSA) within our Professional Services organization will report to our Sr. Director, Instructor-Led Training. This person will design and develop in-person and virtual instructor-led training programs ranging from single day classes to complex, multi-week programs. By understanding client outcomes and collaborating with internal teams, the LSA will build impactful learning experiences. They will aid in developing sales and delivery processes and enablement to scale professional services program delivery. Additionally, they will partner with the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Delivery team to maintain current course outlines and programs based on client needs and industry trends.

What you’ll do:
Create and build both in-person and virtual instructor-led training programs, which will vary from single day classes to intricate multi-week programs.
Develop customer relationships from program design through delivery; earning the trust and confidence of the client by demonstrating an understanding of their L&D strategy and desired outcomes.
Partner with internal teams to validate client goals, ensuring outcomes discussed in the sales process are aligned in the final program design and implementation.
Evaluate client timelines and program scope to help internal partners identify appropriate Pluralsight resources to successfully design and deliver training programs.
View program design and delivery through the lens of the customer to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
Conduct and review program retrospective analysis with clients at the end of a program.
Collaborate with the ILT Delivery team to ensure up-to-date course outlines and programs reflecting client needs and industry trends..
Experience you’ll bring:
Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies, and experience using Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience working in a technical training position and/or tech company.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of related or equivalent experience.
Experience successfully designing and implementing educational solutions for Enterprise clients.
Project/program management skills and/or experience consulting in a professional services capacity.
Experience working with adult learning models.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $121,100 - $149,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
