We’re looking for a Global HR Information Management (HRIM) Manager to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you’ll focus on both employee core data management, and employee services knowledge ensuring HR-related information is optimized, accessible, and applied effectively within our service center business unit (SCBU) organization. You'll lead the strategic planning and execution, while also driving key enterprise initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experiences, boosting operational efficiency, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing!

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Working hours for this role are based around US Central Time Zone core business hours 8:00am - 4:00pm with some flexibility within other Western Hemisphere time zones.
This role provides leadership for global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule.
We'll consider talent in the following locations: United States, India, and Mexico.
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
