Radformation is seeking a highly driven, self-motivated People Partner to propel engagement across our growing  global workforce.  As Radformation continues to scale, the People Partner will be a champion of the RAD culture and will use creative, inspiring strategies to build upon our Foundations of Radformation.  You will contribute directly to all pivotal aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting support and collaborate with key cross functional business leaders to identify, develop and implement initiatives that drive company success. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and who is compassionate and kind.  Your role will directly impact the happiness of our teams and drive our continued success towards improving the quality of radiation treatment to cancer patients around the world.

• Support and engage in various aspects of the employee life cycle, including assistance in recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and other People programs/trainings as needed
• Identify levers to drive employee engagement across the organization, in the US and abroad. 
• Work cross functionally with teams to provide guidance on compliance and risk management.
• Assist in maintaining and protecting confidential data with great discretion, judgment and professionalism 
• Support and contribute to company-wide events and culture initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role in a high-growth start up environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws (i.e.: EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA,, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment.
• Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential situations with integrity, tact and diplomacy.
• Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what is most impactful.
• Strong conflict management skills with demonstrated understanding of interpersonal relationship building.
