Your new role
As our People Advisor, you will join our People Advisory organization within North America and report to the Regional Head of People Advisory. Your main tasks will be US-focused. However, you will have opportunities to collaborate with People Advisory across the world on global projects and processes, driving our people agenda forward. As an experienced member of the team, you can take independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility.

Salary Transparency Statement
At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $80,000 - $115,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
