This position is a strategic partner within the health system’s enterprise that is responsible for analyzing and effectively administering provider compensation programs.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Additionally, you'll participate in vital compensation surveys to benchmark our practices while making sure our internal databases stay accurate and up-to-date.
