Reporting to the Manager, Talent, the Specialist, Talent Acquisitions is responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring of top talent either for national or global open roles cross functions in line with overall HR strategy and Sibelco’s objectives.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Specialist Talent Acquisitions, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Plan and implement a company-wide talent acquisition strategy
Design selection criteria for choosing the optimal recruitment channel and recruitment source
Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes from resume screening until signing of the employment contract
Counsel candidates on benefits, salary and corporate environment
Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Serve as a brand ambassador at various event like career fairs, on-campus recruiting events.

Advice the business on talent acquisition issues and act as a first point of contact for the business to answer recruitment-related questions.
Build a relationship with the internal customers (Hiring Manager and interview panel)
Research talent acquisition trends and when relevant, translate the trends into the talent pool attraction.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent by experience
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with successful sourcing, selecting and interviewing talent for cross functional roles. Experience in an industrial, manufacturing environment is a plus.
Knowledge of/experience with the Workday recruitment module is an asset
Self-motivated team player with a result-driven attitude
Good communicator; English proficiency verbal & writing. Other languages are an asset
