¿Tienes experiencia en la gestión de talento y los recursos humanos? En SIXT, puedes aprovechar al máximo tus fortalezas. Estamos buscando un Talent Acquisition para nuestra red de sucursales en España. Te encargarás de gestionar íntegramente los procesos de selección, realizando entrevistas, proyectos de gestión de talento y contribuyendo al desarrollo continuo de nuestro equipo. TU PAPEL EN SIXT

  • Gestionar todo el ciclo de selección, desde la publicación de ofertas de empleo hasta la incorporación de nuevos empleados para la red de sucursales de SIXT España.

  • Garantizar una experiencia positiva para los candidatos, manteniéndolos informados y comprometidos a lo largo del proceso.

  • Realización de entrevistas por competencias para puestos operativos.

  • Impulsar proyectos de gestión del talento interno, asegurando la retención y el desarrollo del equipo dentro de la compañía. 

TUS HABILIDADES IMPORTAN

  • Formación relacionada con Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Turismo o áreas afines. Valorable Máster en Recursos Humanos.

  • Experiencia previa gestionando de manera autónoma procesos de selección en entrornos fast-paced.

  • Tus habilidades de comunicación son excelentes y hablas inglés de manera fluida (mÍnimo B2). 
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de reclutamiento y redes profesionales (LinkedIn, portales de empleo, ATS, etc.).

  • Actitud proactiva, resiliente y con capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual (en caso de ser necesario).
