Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager for Grand Canyon University, located in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for the organization and execution of all catering events, management of approximately 20 employees and one manager and will work closely with our talented Catering Chef. This Operations Manager will develop and oversee an innovative, high-end catering and concessions program for a high-profile client. Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
