People ops Coordinator

Missions : 

Administration du personnel 

  • Tu contribueras à apporter la meilleure expérience à nos collaborateurs en les prenant en charge dès leur onboarding et tout au long de leur vie chez Treatwell jusqu’à leur sortie : documents de pré-embauche, suivi des périodes d’essai, accès aux outils, etc. 
  • Suivi administratif quotidien des collaborateurs Treatwell France  : DUE, gestion et suivi des visites médicales, affiliation à la mutuelle, gestion des arrêts maladies, maternité, paternité et des dossiers prévoyance ;
  • Tu seras garant de la mise à jour de notre SIRH et de nos tableaux de bord sociaux ;
  • Tu seras force de proposition afin d’améliorer les processus internes.
  • Tu travailleras étroitement avec notre Office & Happiness Manager sur les missions admin liées à l'office (par exemple la gestion du courrier, des badges etc.)

Tu pourras évoluer progressivement sur des missions de paie sous la supervision de notre People Ops Manager

  • Tu possèdes une formation en ressources humaines / droit social ;
  • Tu possèdes une première expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement start-up ;
  • Tu maîtrises le Pack Office et tu as déjà travaillé sur des logiciels de paie / SIRH ;
  • Tu possèdes de bonnes compétences orales et écrites en anglais ;
  • Tu es connu(e) pour ta rigueur, ton organisation et ton excellent relationnel ;
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe et tes collègues reconnaissent en toi une oreille attentive et une énergie contagieuse.
