Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving growth and market expansion.
● Talent Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies that directly support revenue growth and enhance commercial performance.
● Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Lead workforce planning efforts, overseeing recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
● Performance Management: Implement and manage performance frameworks that drive productivity, sales effectiveness, and achievement of business goals.
● Employee Engagement & Leadership Development: Champion employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and leadership development to create a high-performing culture.
● Compensation & Incentives: Ensure compensation and incentive structures are competitive, aligned with business performance, and motivate sales and commercial teams.
● Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and ensure strict adherence to labor regulations and company policies.
● Cultural Transformation & Change Management: Lead cultural initiatives and support change management efforts within commercial teams to foster innovation and agility.
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.
● 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering or as an HR generalist, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
● Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and sales-driven incentive programs.
● Experience in working within fast-paced, target-driven environments, particularly in FMCG, tobacco, or related industries.
● Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence senior commercial leaders.
● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
