Job Description

 We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Recruitment team and support various aspects of the hiring process and recruitment projects in Europe:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure all parties are informed and prepared for the interview process.
  • Analyze recruitment reports and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, application statuses, and interview feedback; ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in executing market research and employer branding projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3rd semester of study; preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German and/or another language is a plus.
  • Experience working in an office environment and practical experience with MS Office programmes.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
