Senior Product Manager, Activation

As Senior Product Manager for Activation, you will be responsible for creating an engaging experience for our members from the very start of their journey with Virta. You will shape experiments and features that create ‘aha’ moments, remove perceived barriers to action, and collaborate cross-functionally integrate clinical workflows. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, the decisions you make and the product experiences you create will fuel growth - in revenue and lives changed.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the product vision and roadmap for our early user experience and connected internal tools, setting priorities and delivering impactful features.

  • Champion personalization through exceptional, tailored experiences that drive behavior change and engagement of prospective members.

  • Drive with data and empathy by utilizing user insights and data analytics to enhance the user experience across distinct segments.

  • Foster collaboration by leading and working with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, analytics + AI, and care teams, to bring your product vision to reality.

  • Innovate from concept to launch, using experimentation and iteration to scale features and tools that delight users.

  • Write clear and detailed PRDs and briefs that communicate the feature's purpose, market potential, success metrics, and the tasks needed for efficient and effective development and iteration.

Must-Haves

  • A passion for creativity, innovation and building great products for behavior change and social impact. 

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management, or related product development role.

  • Experience in experimentation (A/B, etc), prototyping, and hypothesis testing.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data into engaging user experiences

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity driving 0 to 1 product development. 

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Experience shipping consumer-facing applications with a focus on behavior change is a plus

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $170,000 - $200,000.  Information about Virta’s benefits is on our Careers page at: https://www.virtahealth.com/careers.

As part of your duties at Virta, you may come in contact with sensitive patient information that is governed by HIPAA. Throughout your career at Virta, you will be expected to follow Virta's security and privacy procedures to ensure our patients' information remains strictly confidential. Security and privacy training will be provided.

As a remote-first company, our team is spread across various locations with office hubs in Denver and San Francisco. We currently do not hire in the following states: AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI.
