One of our top priorities this year is to link our People Team Transformation to our People Strategy implementation. As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.

As the Director of Change Management at Visa in Ashburn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our People Strategy. Joining our dynamic team means you will take the lead in mentoring and developing a growing group of Change Management Practitioners, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You're not just managing change; you’re driving strategic implementation across our People organization, ensuring that all communications about changes to processes and tools are clear and effective. You'll be responsible for crafting comprehensive transformation plans that align with our strategic goals, while also assessing user readiness and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress and challenges. Collaboration is key in this role; you'll interface with senior leaders and project teams, using your influence to advance initiatives even when the path is challenging. Being an advocate for change at Visa means integrating change activities meticulously into project plans and making sure that success metrics are defined and tracked, leading to data-driven adjustments when necessary. Plus, you’ll support our Transformation Leadership Team with insights and recommendations, keeping everyone aligned and focused. Expect to coordinate with global teams, celebrating our diverse cultures while maintaining cohesive collaboration. This hybrid position allows for flexible working arrangements but requires you to be present in the office a few days a week based on your hiring manager's guidance.
