💡 Your Mission: Driving our brand forward

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to lead and execute our recruitment strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, building our brand presence, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote our AI-driven solutions, expand our market reach, and contribute to the overall business growth.   • You guide Tech & Commercial talents throughout their journey – from first contact to onboarding – always ensuring a smooth and outstanding candidate experience.

  • You craft targeted job postings and choose the right recruiting strategies and channels – with a strong focus on precise active sourcing and a seamless candidate journey.

  • You lead interviews – with the goal of identifying top talent and making sure they’re the right fit for voize.

  • You build and nurture a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts – giving voize access to top talent now and in the future.

  • You actively shape our talent attraction and employer branding efforts – working closely with the marketing team and bringing fresh ideas to boost voize’s visibility and appeal.

  • You set up data-driven reporting and KPIs – using metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates to continuously improve the recruitment process.

  • Several years of experience as an in-house (Senior) Recruiter in fast-scaling SaaS startups and international tech companies, with a strong proven track record in building and improving hiring processes.

  • Skilled in developing and scaling recruiting and employer branding strategies for tech and business roles.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building effective Talent Acquisition teams from scratch.

  • Well-connected in the HR and recruiting space, always up to date with trends and best practices.

  • Confident in stakeholder management and negotiations at all levels.

  • Data-driven approach using KPIs to optimize performance and processes.

  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
