You lead interviews – with the goal of identifying top talent and making sure they’re the right fit for voize.
You build and nurture a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts – giving voize access to top talent now and in the future.
You actively shape our talent attraction and employer branding efforts – working closely with the marketing team and bringing fresh ideas to boost voize’s visibility and appeal.
You set up data-driven reporting and KPIs – using metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Several years of experience as an in-house (Senior) Recruiter in fast-scaling SaaS startups and international tech companies, with a strong proven track record in building and improving hiring processes.
Skilled in developing and scaling recruiting and employer branding strategies for tech and business roles.
Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building effective Talent Acquisition teams from scratch.
Well-connected in the HR and recruiting space, always up to date with trends and best practices.
Confident in stakeholder management and negotiations at all levels.
Data-driven approach using KPIs to optimize performance and processes.
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
