The Commercial Banking Training and Communications Analyst will play a key role in supporting and executing internal communications and training strategies for the broader Commercial Banking team. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure training and communication initiatives are effective, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Training Development & Support:

  • Act as a liaison to the Commercial Banking PMO team to identify short-term and long-term training needs.
  • Update and maintain Commercial Banking training catalog in the Learning Management System (LMS), collaborating with HR partners for necessary updates.
  • Generate reports and provide analytics from various learning platforms to assess training effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing training courses and programs and elevating recorded videos for training. 
  • Streamline processes and optimize training and communication workflows using available applications and tools. (MS Teams, MS Stream, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training materials across multiple internal and external platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Learning, Intuition, Wall Street Prep).

Internal Communications:

  • Manage and diversify content for internal communications, with a focus on creating and editing videos and podcasts (Microsoft Teams & Stream).
  • Act as the administrator for the Commercial Banking intranet (SharePoint/Interact), ensuring content is updated and engaging.
  • Assist in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications aligned with Commercial Banking strategic objectives as needed
  • Maintain and manage customized distribution lists for targeted and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, internal communications, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Stream, and Clipchamp for content creation.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and collaborate across lines of business, including with senior leaders.
  • Agility: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and training analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, podcast production, or multimedia content creation.

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
