Job Description

Join our Vilnius office as a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Wix by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining our unique workplace culture and driving business growth through strategic hiring. In your day-to-day, you will:

 

  • Build and manage the full-cycle recruitment process using modern hiring methods and tools

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to influence role profiles and find the best candidates for Wix

  • Drive pipeline strategy and recruit top talents in Lithuania with innovative sourcing strategies

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, manage offer strategies, and conduct negotiations

  • Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to enhance recruitment processes and KPIs

  • Utilize data to identify challenges and refine your recruitment strategy

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in senior talent acquisition roles

  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a confident and vocal approach to hiring matters

  • Independent with a sense of urgency and ownership of your work

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with an understanding of the importance of networking in recruitment

  • Business-oriented with an interest in technology and knowledge of the local talent market

  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English
