Recruiter, Digital & Technology

Yum! Brands is seeking a highly experienced Technical Recruiter to support our growing Digital & Technology (D&T) function. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for complex technical roles across our global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in recruiting within an organization, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for process improvement and automation. This recruiter will be instrumental in helping us scale with quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles (e.g., engineering, DevOps, data science, SRE, cybersecurity, product).
- Build trusted relationships with senior D&T leaders, hiring managers, and People and Culture to align on hiring strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple brands and business units.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize recruiting workflows.
- Leverage recruitment marketing, automation tools, and data insights to increase pipeline efficiency and hiring velocity.
- Promote and implement diversity hiring strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence, talent mapping, and benchmarking.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in large-scale or high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical domains.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
- Process-driven mindset with experience in process improvement and/or automation implementation.
- Proficiency in tools like Oracle, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment CRMs (e.g., Monday).
- Data fluency: ability to analyze and present recruiting KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail tech, consumer brands, or global tech companies.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
 
Salary Range: $93,800 to $121,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Benefits: Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA/HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan). Yum! also provides short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. Employees may enroll in our 401(k) plan.
