Talent & Culture Senior Manager - North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria)
Location: Casablanca
We are looking for an assertive and positive Talent & Culture Senior Manager to join our North Africa team. This role is essential in delivering T&C-related support, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and navigating a dynamic and evolving work environment. You will play a critical part in positioning Accor as an employer of choice through strong values and a committed culture.
What will you do?
70% Operations Responsibilities:
Act as a T&C Business Partner to hotels, ensuring the effective delivery of T&C services according to management agreements.
Oversee talent management in the field, including recruitment, development, engagement, and succession planning.
Lead General Manager (GM) recruitment for managed hotels and support franchise recruitment initiatives.
Drive the development and implementation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for North Africa, strengthening Accor’s position as an employer of choice with a focus on strong values and commitment.
Implement and promote talent development programs such as INSPIRE, REVEAL, and STEP UP within hotels.
Manage labor law compliance and handle complex talent-related cases in operational settings.
30% Office Responsibilities:
Serve as a local relay for regional and global T&C projects, initiatives, processes, and policies.
Provide HR advisory services, focusing on onboarding, development, succession planning, and employer branding.
Collaborate on regional and global initiatives, ensuring alignment with the office’s evolving structure and strategy.
Contribute to the strategic direction of HR by sharing best practices, presenting T&C updates, and supporting organizational alignment post-reorganization.
Navigate a changing environment, contributing positively to alignments needed post-reorganization.
Our ideal profile would be:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 15 years, ideally with an HR generalist, consultancy, or sales background.
Languages: Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
Skills: Strong organizational talent, digital affinity, and project management skills in a VUCA context.
Personal Traits: Assertive, positive, adaptable, and ready to embrace challenges.
Expertise: Very good knowledge of labor law, compliance, and the ability to support change management in a transitioning environment.
