Recruiting Specialist

Alo is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition team and provide a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Create and manage travel arrangements for candidates
  • Schedule interviews – onsite and virtual
  • Update and submit team expense reports bi-weekly
  • Work cross functionally with Talent Acquisition partners
  • Support onsite interview logistics and manage candidate experience
  • Manage Alo’s job board
  • Pull reports from ATS as needed
  • Support the summer internship program
