As an Office Manager at Anon, you'll be responsible for ensuring our SoMa office runs smoothly, creating a productive and welcoming environment for our team and visitors. This role combines operational management with administrative support, giving you the opportunity to directly impact company culture and workplace efficiency.
This position can be part-time or full-time, with in-person presence required at our San Francisco (SoMa) office.
Manage all office supplies, equipment, and pantry inventory
Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
Supervise janitorial services and other office vendors
Organize office layout and equipment procurement
Maintain a well-stocked kitchen/pantry with team favorites
Coordinate with building management on facilities issues
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate management
Welcome and host office visitors
Provide general scheduling and administrative support
Coordinate team events and celebrations
Support meeting setup and management
Assist with travel arrangements when needed
Help create and maintain a positive office atmosphere
Support company culture initiatives and team-building activities
Gather feedback on office improvements and implement solutions
Assist with onboarding new team members
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Proficiency with basic SaaS and scheduling tools
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a startup environment
Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
Background in event planning or coordination
